The hotel comprises a total of 24 rooms. There are 8 singles, 15 doubles, and an apartment.
All rooms come with bathroom with shower as well as a separate powder room, satellite television, free safe deposit box at reception, and hairdryer. Additional beds and cots can be supplied. Rooms have either a street view, or face out onto the forest.

The spa boasts its own medical health center which carries out on-site medical examinations.
Treatment takes place Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm, and Saturdays subject to arrangement. The spa is closed Sundays. Guests resident at the Praga are granted twice weekly access to the pool and heated relaxation cave at the Morava hotel spa complex.
