The Bristol Group of hotels is a self-contained complex boasting multiple health spas, joined together by heated underground passageways at the heart of the curative spa zone to ensure maximum comfort for guests, which provide easy and convenient access to all amenities offered by the group’s facilities. The four star Villa 'Teresa' was built in 1890, and has played host to empresses, princesses and duchesses. The Bristol Kralovska Villa is located in the centre of the curative spa zone, just 5 minutes away from the springs.
Infrastructure
The "Relax" center boasts a free-form 21x8 meter, 1.5 meter deep swimming pool, separate men`s and women`s sauna, Turkish sauna, solarium, fitness center, and sun terrace. The pool is open from 8am-12pm Monday to Friday and spa treatments are also carried out in this time. From 1pm to 10pm the pool, sauna, and fitness center are open for free access by guests. The solarium is also available for use but has an additional charge of €4 euro/minute.
In the Bristol Group complex there are two restaurants: the "Bristol" and the "Bristol Palace", with a capacity of up to 160 and 140 people respectively, open from 7:30am to 8:30pm. There is also a cafe and bar open from 10am to 10pm serving cocktails where live music evenings are held.
Medical diagnostic centre, test and analysis lab, Wellness center, dentist, laser centre, bowling, billiards, table tennis, bicycles and sporting equipment for hire, currency exchange, jewelry store, free cable internet in all rooms, WiFi internet access in both reception and restaurant areas, parking at €10 euro/day, elevator, dry cleaning and laundry services, ironing room, money Transfer facility.

Standard double room with twin beds. Extra beds and child’s bed available for an extra charge. 25% of the rooms come with a balcony. Meals are served in the Bristol Palace hotel restaurant. Dietary meals are recommended by the hotel physicians, and dishes are specially by a nutrition nurse, who is available daily to consult with guests. All meals are prepared with fresh, ecologically friendly products, and food quality controls are carried out daily by medical staff.
7:30am-10:30am - buffet. Cheese and meat coldcuts, selection of oatmeals/mueslis, hot and cold snacks, toast, fresh dairy produce and egg dishes, home-baked pastries, vegetable salads, coffee, teas (a wide selection), milk, water, and several types of juice.
12:30pm-3pm. Choice of 3 soups and 8 dishes from each nutritional programme, including vegetarian, meat and fish options, and a choice of salads, fruits and sauces.

Treatment
Original Karlovy Vary mineral water is used in each of the Bristol group properties, including in bathing facilities and for other procedures. It is used in almost all facilities in the hotel spa complex. Nurses are on duty 24 hours a day. The weekly treatment programme comprises 20 treatments/procedures, 2-3 during weekdays and 1-2 on Saturdays. Treatment is available to children 2 years and above.
