The Bristol Hotel Group is a self-contained complex in the Karlovy Vary, comprising a group of health spas. All of the hotels` spa facilities are linked by heated underground passageways to ensure maximum comfort for guests, which provide easy and convenient access to all amenities offered by the spa group. The main four star hotel complex which comprises 36 rooms, is situated on Sadovaya Street not far from the Sadovaya colonnade. Corridors leading up to the roof afford guests direct access onto the hotel`s beautiful English-style park.
The Bristol Main House is located right in the center of the resort just 5 minutes from the springs.
Infrastructure
The relax center boasts a 21x8m, 1.5m deep free-form pool, separate male and female saunas, as well as separate Turkish saunas, solarium, fitness center, and sun terrace. Treatment programs take place Monday to Friday from 8am-12pm. Between 1pm-10pm guests may use the pool free of charge. Use of the fitness center is also free for hotel guests. There is also a vertical solarium charged at €4 euro/minute.
The Bristol Group Hotel Complex boasts 2 restaurants, the Bristol, and the Bristol Palace with a capacity of 160 and 140 people respectively. Both restaurants are open from 7:30am-8:30pm. The hotel cafe and bar open from 10am-8pm, where cocktail parties and live music evenings are held.
The hotel boasts its own medical diagnostic center, testing laboratory, Wellness center, dentist, laser center, bowling, billiards, table tennis, bicycle and sporting equipment hire, currency exchange, money transfer facility, jewelry store, free cable internet connection in all rooms and the hotel reception, as well as a Wifi connection in the restaurants. Car-parking facility for €10 euro/day, elevator, dry cleaning, and an ironing room.
Accommodation
The hotel has 36 rooms in total. There are 8 singles, 16 doubles, and 12 apartments.
All rooms come complete with bathroom, separate powder room, satellite television, direct dial telephone, minibar, safe deposit box, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, and a selection of toiletries. Additional beds can be supplied. Cots are also available at an additional charge of €10 euro/day. Pet accommodation is available at an additional €15 euro/day.

Dining
All meals are served in the Bristol Restaurant. Diet meals as recommended by a doctor are offered and monitored by nutritional nurses, who also give consultations, and are in regular contact with patients on a daily basis. All meals are prepared using ecologically friendly produce, and food quality is monitored daily by medical staff.
7:30am-10:30am (buffet). Cheese and meat cold cuts, assortment of porridges, hot and cold snacks, toast, dairy and egg dishes, homebaked cakes and pastries, salads, a wide choice of tea, coffee, milk, water and various juices.
12:30pm-3pm. Choice of 3 soups and 8 entreés from the diet menu, including fish and based dishes, salads, and fruit.
6:30pm-8:30pm. Choice of 8 dishes for each type of diet, including meat and fish dishes, vegetarian dishes, a selection of salads, and fruit.
Treatment
All Bristol Group hotels use Karlovy Vary mineral water in spa treatments and other procedures. Each complex boasts a spa facility and doctor`s surgery. Nurses are on hand 24hrs a day. A week-long treatment program comprises 17 treatments - 2-3 per day Monday - Friday and 1-2 on Saturdays. Treatment is available to children 2 years and up.
Treatments are carried out Monday-Saturday from 7:30am-5pm. The spa complex is closed on Sundays.
