The Centralni Lazne (otherwise known as Stari Lazne) spa complex is one of the most popular spas in the resort. The spa boasts its very own mineral spring, the Ambrozh, and guests can also take advantage of the procedures centered around the on-site natural marine gas holes. Just 150 meters from the spa is the Neapol guest house, where patrons of the Stari Lazne can also dine. In 2006, a full reconstruction was carried out on the spa complex and hotel rooms as well as on its restaurant and cafe.

After lunch, guests can enjoy free use of the pool facilities in all Nove Lazne spas, which can be accessed via heated passageway. Alternatively, guests can take advantage of the pool facilities at the Pacific hotel, Villa Butterfly, Vltava-Berounka, or the Zvezda-Skalnik hotel. Facilities also include a 5 person sauna.
Goethe Ulrika restaurant with a capacity of 205 people, Centralnoe Cafe, lobby bar open from 10am-11pm, relaxation area with capacity of 48 people.
Currency exchange, beauty salon, hairdressers, fitness center for €3 euro/hour, solarium for €3 euro/15min., internet in all rooms charged at €3 euro/hour, as well as WiFi connection in the hotel reception area for €6 euro/hour.
Accommodation
The hotel comprises a total of 157 rooms. There are 9 Suite Executive II rooms, 5 Single Comfort rooms, 38 Double Comfort rooms, 5 Single Superior and 51 Double Superior rooms. In addition, the Neapol hotel has a Suite, 32 Single Comfort and 16 Double Comfort rooms.
All rooms come complete with bathroom with either bathtub or shower, telephone, safe deposit box, minibar, hairdryer, satellite television with Russian channels. It is possible to supply additional beds in all rooms, and upon request cots may also be supplied. The hotel offers pet accommodation for a charge of €12 euro/day. Most rooms have internet access.
